Do a quick flight on Casual Server - that should reset it and you’ll be back to Grade 3.
Restart your app and try again.

Maybe contact @appeals to see if they can help with that. I’m pretty sure it’s a glitch and there isn’t much we can do here
There is no need for Appeals to be contacted. As soon as the account is refreshed, the correct grade will be assigned.
You are Grade 3 in our systems. So restart everything just to check again. Device included.
