i got a level 3 violation 8 days ago and i still havent returned to grade 3.

No worries; this is pretty common. The solution for this issue is to do a quick flight on the casual or training server. This will refresh your stats. If that doesn’t work, tag me, and I’ll help refresh it

Try doing a short flight on the live server and quit the session. It should update from there.
