Live+ is definitely the better deal. Access to all aircraft & regions while still costing less than the monthly live subscription.

Tax on app purchases? I think it’s depending on your state, I’ve never had tax on app purchases in California.

When we’re offline, we cant play regions and aircrafts you’re not buying without Live+. The solution can be give access to all aircrafts and regions when you’re not connected (as a local cookie in the phone, indicate you are buying live and you can use all privileges offline)
