The Continental Airlines livery is one of the most iconic liveries of all time. Even years after the airline merged with United, it’s still very prominent across UAs fleet. However another airline uses a similar paint scheme for their planes, that airline being Copa Airlines, the flag carrier of Panama In fact, Copa actually had this livery since 1999, a whole 11 years before United. So no, Copa did not steal the livery from United, if anything, United stole it. But in all seriousness, it’s a fantastic livery regardless of who is wearing it, but who do you think wears it better?

Florida has the most Copa destinations of any national subdivision in the world. Twenty-five countries have less Copa destinations then Florida (including its home of Panama).
