I ask this question because I noticed that this airport is quite complicated during the approach phases due to its location surrounded by Himalayan mountains with a high altitude
I did it. I didn’t find it as challenging because I frequently fly to Gilgit, Skurdu and Chitral.
Usually at these kind of Airports u have to decent at a higher vertical rate so I always keep my speeds slow to begin with so I don’t face any issues of over speed at final phase of landing.
Plus I try to follow how the real world pilots land at these airports which makes it a lot easier!
yeah i just tried paro buthan vibes-
For Real though who the hell would build an airport there. Is it just to traumatise pilots!!
Idk why but only like 1 in 50 of my flights are in Asia, Australia, and Africa. I’m an east coast US flyer and transatlantic flyer mainly lol
