Which flight should I take

Hi guys today I’m going to fly from Washington to Paris but witch airplane should I take 777-300ER
or A350-900

I checked flights and I found that both United and Air France use their B77W on the route

I stand corrected United recently have been sending the B787-9 and B787-10. And Air France have also sent their B777-200ER. So you can use these as well as the B77W.
