1.737-200 or 737-400
2.A320 or A321
3.A330-200 or 767-200
4.757-200 or 767-100
5. Tupolef154 or sukhoi 100-95 superjet
6. 747sp or 747-300
7. A340-300 or il-96-300

Everybody chooses the newer airplanes
No aircraft is safe to fly on, anything could really happen.
Well most of these aircraft are quite old
A330 by far.
Useless comparison.
All depends on airline maintenance and pilot training and experience.
I am surprised that you haven’t included the A380 because the A380 hasn’t had a fatal crash since it was born which is over 10 years now! So I really that if your to travel, the A380 is the one to take, it really is!

A320 for me
All planes are equal safe. They wouldnt fly if they didnt fulfill the regulations made by the ICAO and IATA.
All of the above if they’re kept in proper shape. None of the above if the aircraft are not maintained properly.
For me anything that doesn’t have Airbus in the name
