Where to see reserved gates

Hey guys, I want to know if there is a website or database that shows what Airlines have certain gates reserved at a specific airport. (E.G. Southwest Airlines has gate X-X at XXXX airport)

Hello there, your best bet would be to check flight aware for gate information on specific routes airlines fly.

Yea, but I’m looking for what gates airlines have reserved for arrivals and such.

Or a way to see a airports gate history, like what routes were flown to there.

I’m not sure if that info is widely available

Ok thanks anyways

Yup you kind of need to dig around for that information

Personally I like to be realistic as possible and that includes parking at the correct gate. What I’ll do is look at flightaware history and just get a general sense of where the flight parks, maybe use a week or so of history. If flightaware doesn’t show gate number, I use Flightradar24.

Honestly I think that adds to the fun of doing a realistic route. It’s become a bit of a pet peeve to me too when I’m at an airport I’m familiar with and I see someone parked in an unrealistic spot. For instance, seeing an Asiana plane at the Korean air side at RKSI, or seeing a non-emirates plane in the first 3 terminals at Dubai.

I’m looking for this info for an event, @SoFloAviator or @Poxy do you guys know anything?

Which airport ?

Orlando (MCO)

You can look at the whole day’s schedule and see which gate they departed/parked at, you just have to do it one by one

That website is very good @813WhiskeyNovember

I generally just Google search everything  plus FR24 to verify

The best way to find gate assignments is by asking locals. For example, I know every airline’s gate at KBUR, and @United403 likely knows the same for KJAC, just as @Prestoni does for KPDX. If you’re in a flyout event and operating a real route, check FlightAware.com—it’ll show you the correct gate.

@Waxyscorpion308 , whose actually from the area might have some local knowledge. Ofc, flight radar 24 is the second best thing. What I always use.

Yes @813WhiskeyNovember I can probably help you out with that, and almost anything KMCO-related

Send me a PM and we can talk

Aw, I wish I saw that I already used flymco.com to find routes

No worries, if you want me to double-check your gates to see if they’re accurate I’d be happy to do so

I used IRL routes/aircraft so it’s accurate with the exception of Air Transit which are on A330s bcuz IF doesn’t have a a321 version

Reserved? that’s not widely available. Closest thing would be to search the flight’s history and look for a pattern
