How do you find those routes on flight aware?
Search a route (KLAX-KSAN) and it’ll tell you what airline, plane, route waypoints, etc.

Those aren’t real routes, a few are, but not all

Otherwise I suggest you Flightaware.
SimBrief is really good just type in the Start and Dest. and it will take the whole route and give you a flight plan.
Simbrief is (IMO) something for FSX or Prepar3d
