Hey IFC! This week I have been working hard to reach Grade 3, so I’ve been doing flights quite frequently, and have been running out of route ideas 😬
It would be appreciated if anybody could help think of some nice medium-haul routes!

Try YVR-YYZ
A nice short haul route is Panama City to Caracas on the Copa Airlines B737-800 or Washington Dulles to Toronto Billy Bishop on the Porter Airlines Dash-8.
A nice medium haul is Dubai to Kigali on the Rwandair A330-300 or Dubai to Skopje on the flydubai B737-800.
A nice long haul is Hong Kong to Manchester (UK) on the Cathay Pacific A350-900 or Hong Kong to Seattle-Tacoma on the Cathay Pacific A350-900.
A nice ultra-long haul is Hong Kong to Washington Dulles on the Cathay Pacific A350-900 or Seoul Incheon to Mexico City (MMMX not new airport) on the Aeromexico B787-8.
All the above listed routes are real routes, so you can check flightaware to see the actual flight times to see if you have time.

If you would like a long haul then do EHAM to KSEA. If a domestic flight then definitly do innsbruck to london gatwick, a very nice scenic route.
Try Most of Copa Airline’s routes, they are all below 10hrs and most of their flights are within 4-6 hours! Or you could try WADD-YSSY/YPAD/YPPH, most of them are really scenic and usually are used by the B738 along with KUL-PER and WIII-YMML/YSSY.

Hmmm … well to set you up for G4 one idea is a GA run from Seattle to Miami with lots of stops so you get up your landings along with hours ;)
