Where has the Suspension Table gone?

Hey, I occasionally want to take a look at the suspension forum because of some things I think some users are doing wrong, however it links me to the “Oops! This page doesn’t exist or is private.” and I can’t see it. Could a moderator or staff member look into it? Thanks!
