They are now joined with the logbook.
Click on the three bars in the top left - then “LOGBOOK”. Click on a flight - then there will be an option in the bottom right to view the replay.

Yeah but I just found out you can’t delete many logbook files so how do I delete them
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to delete more than 1 replay file at a time currently. You can still delete them one by one by tapping on the logbook entry → 3 dots in the top right corner → Delete → Confirm when prompted. Note that this only deletes the replay, NOT the associated logbook entry.
This may become tedious if you have lots of replays you’d like to delete, but for now, this is the only way to delete batches of replays.
