Was flying towards Key west a few minutes ago, checked in with the approach atc and was told to continue as filed for the approach (GPS) to runway 9L. I was requested to decent to 3000ft and thats all, i turned to line up to the runway as I followed my GPS at the moment and was hit with a level 3 violation!!! Is there any way to revert or appeal this?
