Just listen carefully what ATC is asking and do it quickly. Just send one message to controller at a time and don’t use stand by mostly. Time ago when i was new to expert server (now also new) i was dropped to grade 2 for one year from grade 3. Then i delete my account and made new account and now in grade 4.

You can make a new IF account yes, not a new IFC account. You will lose your previous progress and have to spend a minimum of 51 hours getting back to G3, but some people deem this better than waiting multiple months for violations to fall off.
Inevitably, people who do this never learn why they got booted in the first place so it will probably keep happening.

yeah, since i have 6 violations, I gotta wait until November 28 2025 to get to the expert server. that looks like a year now.

Seems like you need to follow the rules more 
The 51 are all time violations, depending on flight hours 42 L1 is not unheard of. I have currently 75, one for every 200 hours of flight time.
The 8 L2 and 1 L3 though, can’t really explain that.
