They won’t be deleted. Violations are permanent as all other stats 
But are they still affecting your grade or what’s the real question?
They will eventually end for Level 3 Violations which it will stay on Your Violation Record however after 7 Days they will let ya back in to Expert unless you have 6 or more.
I meet all the Grade 3 requirements, but I still cannot access the Expert Server. A Level 1 violation was issued more than a week ago, so when will my eligibility be restored?
Is it one week based on the last violation, or do they get cleared sequentially based on the order I received the warnings?
You’re Grade 3 from what I can tell.
