31 is the date, 2000Z is the time, MAR18 is the month & years
Day, time (zulu), month, year, is the generalized format. If you make an event and need help with the format, there are quite a few people on the forum who would lend a hand, don’t be discouraged not to create an event :)

Z: Simply the letter ‘Z’ to indicate the time is in Zulu time
MON: 3-letter abbreviation for the month of your event (e.g. January = JAN)
YY: Last 2 digits of the year of your event (e.g. 2015 = 15)
