Hello everyone! I’m pretty new to this, but I’m already at level 2. The thing is, with the new update, for example, I flew from New York to Dublin with a British Boeing version 10, and when I was about to land, I disconnected the autopilot and the plane suddenly dropped and crashed. The same thing happened to me with a Boeing 747. I was at the correct speed, altitude, etc. I started noticing this more after update 26.1.
Also, planes often pull to one side, and it’s useless to keep trying maneuvers because the aircraft becomes uncontrollable—the controls stop responding or get stuck. These issues make you lose an entire flight of several hours because the controls freeze, don’t respond, or force the plane downward. The only solution is to exit the app and restart it to get a normal flight again.
First of all welcome to the community.
Sounds like the trim is not adjusted before disconnecting AP. You should trim until the colored line disappears, then do a calibration before disconnecting AP.
Please be sure to include your Device and Operating System that you play Infinite Flight on. If you cannot do this, it’s much harder for Developers to pinpoint the problem correlated by the topic.
It might’ve been your calibration. The exact same thing happened to me bc I didn’t calibrate my iPad before disconnecting autopilot on final. One thing I realized is that in this new update, if you’re using an external controller, it’s still recognizing whatever default controls you have it set to (tilt/joysticks). For me I had on tilt controls and it stills reacts to how my iPad is setup even though I was using an external controller. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be like that though because the previous build didn’t do that
