When do I make a 1hr stop at FL 340

When step climbing on a boeing 77w,at what percent weight to I make my 1hr stop at FL 340?

The best thing to do is to use a planner like simbrief.com which will tell you at exactly what waypoint you should be step climbing, as well as a whole bunch of other information. It would be hard to give a percentage weight that would work for a step climb.

simbrief doesn’t say when I should step climb though.

It sure does :)
On the first page of the LIDO operational flight plan it generates, there’ll be a line that says “FL STEPS”. In this example, you should first climb to FL350, then at DIK climb to FL370. That’s tge only step climb in this example flight.

How do I get to that screen?

Or you can see when to step climb in this view.

Just hit generate flight and then scroll to the very end of the FLP pages. It is the last page in FLP.

Fill out the information on the “new flight” page, click “generate OFP”, and then go to “print/view PDF”.

There is a tutorial video and user guide available on the site too.

I assume this is in reference to my topic where I suggested that you could make a 1 hour stop at FL340 if you didn’t want to jump from FL320 to FL360, but either way the answer is 50% load.
