Make sure to support the livery so it gets more votes. Bumping the topic from time to time with meaningful (not just “bump” or “10 char”) content, will get it more votes.

That’s not how it works. If there is a demand for it, people vote for it. The devs didn’t forget anything, because they usually aren’t the ones who make liveries necessarily. There is no need to spend time working on a livery and getting rights to it if there is only 5 people who want it.
