What's your local airport?

What is your local airport? What I mean by local is the nearest airport.
Mine is STN (London Stansted) but I now have to go to LTN (London Luton)

CHC, Christchurch airport, mostly props and 320’s. Once a day the 767 and 777, and once a week 747-8f. Even though it is in NZ, we still see the C-17’s going to Antarctica. We get an RNZAF 757 as well.

KMDT Harrisburg Intl. I see training operations with the 747-VC25 and C130s. We operate small comerciall airlines and our only international flight is Air Canada to Toronto.

It terms of airfield:
Some random disused airfield to protect York in the 1st/2nd world war
RAF Linton-on-Ouse

In terms of international Airports:
EGNM/LBA - Leeds Bradford International Airport
(The biggest jets ar PIA A310/Thomson B767)

Leeds has limited travel so for long(er) haul:
EGCC/MAN - Manchester Airport
EGLL/EGKK/EGSS - Heathrow, Gatwick and Stanstead ( The major London airports)

Ksav savannah mostly regional jets and the biggest plane that flys daily into here is the 737-800 operated by sun country

Dalcross Inverness Airport EGPE. About 30 miles on from there is RAF Lossiemouth which is much more interesting :-)

Yes!! Big up LBA haha, I’ve spent three days down there this week while off work 😁

I absolutely hate the terminal

I just sit at the cemetery wall and watch the approach. Brilliant viewing. Best in the country by a Long long way.
