Whats the worst thing that every happen to you while flying?

So the other day i took off on a 4+ hour flight and at Cruise Altitude of fl370 i left my device to run. About 2:40 minutes into the flight at i realised i couldnt hear and more sound from the device so i ran to the bedroom and found that my engines turned off.

This was due to me not remembering to add fuel and me ending up running out of fuel 😭😭 i tried to glide the aircraft into a small landing strip to see if i could still land but i was coming into hot over shot and crashed. 😀

Has anything like this every happened to you guy. If yes feel free to share
