And IFATCEG have the ability to report users
Only IFATC and a small select group of other people can report users on the expert server. ATCEG members cannot report.

No only IFATC can do that

And keep in mind too that IFATC can only report as the controller. As a pilot, only a select group of people and moderators+ can report. @Kaseng_Cheng_Rangel
