My friend works for FedEx and absolutely loves his job. He works a couple times a month and gets a lot of paid days off. So I would recommend FedEx if you are ok flying a cargo airline. He always said that he prefers flying cargo because “boxes don’t complain”.

Well, I don’t think “perfect” exists. Many people have different opinions on what “perfect” can be.

If you mean VA, then it should be IFES (Infinite flight escort service) and Qantas Virtual.
