What would be a good ascent VS for a large commercial aircraft like the 757-200?

I normaly use 4000 fpm or 3000 fpm but I want more input.

You climb for best performance out of your current state of your aircraft. Take that into account and have a good speed and a good power setting and climb at an appropriate VS.
