I was controllong as an center but many pilots won´t contact me or does not respond properly. What should I do? The traffic alert came up but they didn´t respond to my Altitude assignments and heading assignemnst.

Was you controlling in training server or expert if in expert simply report them

Do your best to keep other traffic away of that aircraft
During hub events or in busy airspace, pilots are responsible for following ATC instructions. If they fail to comply! they are responsible for the consequences of their actions.

Happy to hear you’re looking to join IFATC. Initially members are limited to local ground and tower. Radar frequencies are available to Officers and there is a mandatory Training program. In short, don’t work about learning radar service as a controller on training server.
Ah ok thanks. Are there any requiermenst for the trainings? I am already a Tower controller on IVAO is thats important.

Coming from other virtual or even RW ATC has some adjustment period to learn the nuances and limitations of the IF ATC System.

There are prerequisites before you can apply for Radar training. Information will be available once you’ve passed your local practical and joined the team.
How does a practical test work? Do I share my screen with someone in a Discord? Or does the examinator hust observ what I do?
Basically, you control an assigned airport for 30 minutes, and 6 pilots spawn and fly patterns at your airport while your Recruiter observers your controlling from ground as pilot. If you did well, your Recruiter will let you know if you passed and join the team. If you did not pass, you will get feedback from your Recruiter and will let you know when you can attempt it again

First of all, training for Tower is not required before attempting your practical tests. Your Recruiter will offer you the option depending on your performance on the practical tests but you can decline and simply attempt the practical again. Your Recruiter will provide you more information on this during the recruitment process!

What does: All-time stats do not exceed 50% Level 1 Violation to landing ratio exactly mean?
It means that over your entire time flying under your account, your total level one violations is less than half your total landing count.
Hopefully you haven’t gotten too many of those!
Also, my guess is that you’ll need to be a little more active here on the forum, liking and responding to posts, in order to reach the required trust level to apply.

I am a pilot player, I feel this. When Controller Instruct me any command, I hear that. But When I try to jion that frequency of controller to respond him, that not working. I think this happening because of that flight not in area/range.
