I think the 777-300ER. Great aircraft plus you get Virgin Australia. Second choice for me would be the 757, it is a beast! Third choice would be the 787-8 (you get heaps of liveries including a beautiful Jetstar one). Or the A330 too (but it needs more liveries). And lastly the 737-800, but wait until it gets Virgin Australia/Qantas/Tigerair Australia.

I would get either the B777-300ER, or the B777-200ER. The B777-200F is also worth checking out.
