This was the first time I had done this, which was a visual approach…and it was with a b757 in KATL. Initially I was going to do the ILS as part of a quick 1-time pattern work flight bc of an active ATC and a lot of planes around, which was allowed, however the approach controller cleared me for the visual. Now I know I could’ve just done the ILS even so, but I tried the visual anyway. For the first time actually used the diamond on the right for the GS, and compass at the bottom for alignment (tuned nav 1), all while flying down manually from 3000 feet agl, and my landing, no joke, remember in the b757, was -96 fpm, 1.21 g, and unfortunately 2.1m centerline deviation. So proud of myself. But to answer the question, a320.

Late to the thread but definitely agree with a lot thats already been said. One that I like that hasn’t gotten so many shouts on here is the E175!

Usually its the A330, but sometimes I prefer 777s or A350
