What’s your favorite approach procedure? My favorite one is the runway 5R in MMMX
This is a topic I’d like because I was looking for cool approaches the other day. I’m a big fan of the classic, runway 06 at VNLK.
RWY 15 approach at Paro (VQPR)
RWY 06 approach at Lukla (VNLK)
🤣, I just tried once
Well the RWY6 al Lukla Is fantastic
But If I’m talking about big planes, what’s the favorite APP?
VHHX (Kai Tak) Runway 13
MHTG (Toncontin) Runway 02
Both require a sharp bank within a half mile of the runway threshold.
Another Of my favourite APPs is Princess Juniana TNCM :) A beautiful sea view with Sunset
And a short runway and less chances for go-around
Jajaja, last time I went there (in IF) was a Diving Approach.
My country’s main hub rpll rwy6 & rwy24. I also like wsss and eddf
Paro is a good one. Both runways are exiting to land on and it’s an extremely hard approach.
I love landing at 2NC0 as well, it’s a GA airport but the terrain next to it makes it a challenge to land at.
Juneau (PAJN) is good, it’s super scenic and difficult if you’ve never done it before.
And then there’s FE7… 😂
My top four airports to land at, not ranked in order.
Quite a boring one, but the good old 28C at KORD, taking you over the lake and just north of the city. There are some beautiful views of the Sears Tower (Yes, its Sears, not Willis 😂) and all of downtown through the left side of the plane, but of course, you can’t see much in IF
Yes ,u should fly manualy last 40 nm,if u followcway points it will result in “dive landing”;)
Bruh (jus kidding) last time with me was like 5nm, i set The V/S to -2500
Skits rocky the rock approach.
Salt lake city the lake approach
LAX the water approach
mine is 26R/08L approach in EDDT
I like Kai Tak, always up for a challenge :)
