Cause they just took off…
the B737-700 has the Range of the BBJ, which is way further than the Standart 737, this might be a reason for this flight… if we let the livery choice out of the discussion xD

They probably used flight resume hence why it says they’ve flown 2000nm in 30mins.
This is my favorite genre of flight. Completely random city pairs at max or close to max range.
