Mountains:
I know that LAS-SJC takes you right over the Rockies, so that’s one. Also, you can go to the Alps or Denver, or around Nepal, India for the Himalayas. There is also beautiful blue water and mountains around Vancouver and Canada and also Alaska.
Islands:
I LOVE beaches and islands, and I do about 3 Caribbean flights every weekend. I’ve flown to just about every Caribbean destination, but in particular, the Bahamas and Turks and Caicos (MBPV) were some of the most scenic. Belize city and Punta Cana also have nice water and scenery.

It may seem weird but JFK-KSEA. See you have a great view of Manhattan when departing, then the hills of Pennsylvania which fun fact were created by retreating glaciers. Then you have the Great Lakes and plains then Rocky Mountains. Then you have the Puget Sound.

CYVR - CYLW has some nice mountain scenery.
If you don’t want the Dash-8, you can do CYVR-CYYC or CYVR-CYYZ/CYUL.

Lhasa, China (LULS) to Kathmandu (VNKT) is extremely beautiful. It is a must try and believe me I have explored the world on Infinite Flight.
