What rank do I have to be to make a VA and have it accepted?

I was just wondering what rank I have to be to make a VA and what has to be done to have it accepted.

Hello! Welcome! You will have to be Trust Level 2 (TL2) to reserve a VA/VO. Keep liking and contributing to the forum in a good manner to raise your trust level. Take a look at the webpage below for more information on creating a VA/VO:
