I always like to pack 1 hour extra past the expected block time but in your case, I’d probably recommend 2 or maybe 3 hours extra
If you use Simbrief to make your flight plan, they tell you how much to put in your tanks

Simbrief recommends ~115,000kg for the route.

I would budget 20 hrs min and 22 Max.
Make sure you cruise at a low speed.(ie <M 0.83)

I fly mostly the A359 and SimBrief calculates always too much fuel.
All my flights I use M15 for the A359 as correction and I always have between 6000Kg and 8000Kg fuel left when arriving.
For this route and M15 set, it calculated for me 108.330Kg fuel.
That’s…normal since alternate and reserve fuel would add up to around that in the A350.
