its the ILS hold short line. going pass this line interfere with ILS signals to aircraft on final. dont know if it works on IF. :)

Formally it is called an ILS Hold Short line. If an aircraft taxies past this line, it could interfere with the ILS localizer or glideslope beacon, causing an aircraft on approach to have faulty readings. It is not modeled in Infinite Flight. As Diamond said, it is mostly used when there is low visibility (when a stable ILS is critical)
You only need to hold short behind (if you want to be realistic since it prob doesn’t work in IF) when the visibility is less than 2SM and ceilings are lower than 800FT!
