Howdy! I was looking to see if there was a website or anywhere that I can see what type of aircrafts leave certain gates. I’m in the process of creating an event. I’m looking to see if there is anywhere I can see what aircrafts leave from concourse A at Atlanta. Lemme know!
Concourse A at Atlanta is used exclusively by Delta Air Lines for their domestic routes.
They look to be all Class D gates so can fit any of their aircraft up to their 757s & 767s.
Just had a look at ATL on FR24, there is a 767, a 757, an A321 and a Boeing 737-900 parked there atm, with an A320 currently taxiing having come from A.
I suspect it’s predominantly used by those 4 aircraft families.
Ah I appreciate this Benny! I didn’t think about FR24 lol.
Hey so in my time of flight simming I haven’t really found 1 “spot” for gates, but Google Flights is great.
Just google the flight number / route you’re doing and select the same gate IRL or in the same concourse.
Sometimes searching on Google shows the airport gate assignment. This can be very specific depending on what airport.
i’d use IFATC.org for this. Go to Airports → enter airport ICAO → Gate list. It only specifies max aircraft size tho.
Delta Share with a another Airline at The A Gates @BennyBoy_Alpha
@BennyBoy_Alpha who does Concourse c have
It’s mentioned in the image above…

No, the following is how ATL runs:
T south - Delta
T north - American, Frontier, Jetblue, United, Avelo, Alaska
A - Delta
B - Delta
C south - Southwest (Will change when they dump some of these gates)
C north - Delta
D - Delta connection, Alaska, WestJet, Spirit, Frontier
E - Delta, Frontier, Spirit, Aeromexico
F - Delta, most international airlines
There are some mixed use gates in D that are sometimes used by other carriers like American as well. The skyteam partners sometimes use other gates of Delta if there is a need.
Btw Alaska use the E gates not the D gate
Alaska does not use the E gates
