Extreme 3D pro and I love it. Wouldn’t go back to using no Joystick now :p
I’ve played the game on a 52 inch TV. Not with the joystick though. This will be my next move come payday!
At the moment I’m using a Microsoft SideWinder joystick, but I’ve got my eye on a Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X.
Is it any good, or is it too cheap?
I’m not familiar with the Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X. I have the Logitech Extreme 3D Pro and I can say that its amazing.

I use the Saitek yoke and quadrant for my Boeing and Cessna flights. I also have a Saitek AV8R and Logitech Attack 3 joysticks for my Airbus (and fighter) flights.
I bought those two particular sticks because they are ambidextrous - I can fly left-handed like an Airbus Captain.

Me too! I have a saitek yoke for my other sim, that I need to convert to IF.
I have the Logitech extreme 3D pro but I rarely use it. Since its a simulator designed for small portable devices it feels very odd to use one. Fun, but not practical enough.
