My uh oh moment is when I was taxiing the wrong way and atc had to give me loads of commands to put me in the right direction. It was very busy too!

My “uh oh” moment is when you do a short long haul like 8-9 hrs at 9PM and you oversleep only to find either your game crashed, or your flight is still going over its intended destination, or it crashed.

I forgot my landing gear after flying for 6 hours when landing at PHKO.
I was cruising when the I accidentally deactivated the autopilot without me noticing so I crashed
