What is your biggest fail as ATC?

Mine is making two guys take off from opposite sides of the runway at the same time. 😬 This was like a year ago when I was a noob at ATC.

When I vectored everyone outside the region boundary at Tampa. The boundary is stupid, that’s all I have to say.

I hate it sooo much when I mess up the intercept of an inbound, because I’m so busy with the others. Makes me feel really bad for the pilot :(

Yeah I agree. I suck at approach especially at KPSP because you have to time the descent well or you make the pilot crash into the mountains.
