What is va and how does it work

Hello so I recently was thinking about joining a virtual airline but I have no idea what it is and how does it work, so some advice would be greatly appreciated

Ok, so to join one you can search it up, and look at their requirements, and if you meet said requirements you can apply, if you dont, then dont fret, you can always get more flight time and stuff to get there!

But is it like real job or can I do it at my pace and can I fly off the record

I mean like just doing like other routes with different aircraft and airline liverys

Oh, not unless you join a really strict one, most of them may have a quota, but you will be allowed time to just chill, and do community flights, and fly off the airline, and stuff like that, its a fun community and stuff, they may assign you flights, they may not! Who knows, its all about the VA you apply for, so check them out, read their story, what they are about, how they work, and ask questions if needed! I am grade one does that effect anything?

Most VA’s require Grade 3 to join, as that’s the grade when they reach expert server, where most conduct their operations, however there are some VA’s that permit Grade 2s under certain circumstances.
