What does TS1 mean? I assume it’s probably a server (Training server 1 maybe?)

TS1 means training server.

There used to be two training servers (TS1 and TS2), but they only kept one, and the name stuck. :)

No there is no CS1 or ES1 just CS and ES. However As stated above there used to be TS1 and TS2 ( used first after Global was released). Now only the one TS remains but is sometimes stilled TS1 by the “old salts”.
