What is this checkered line?

I flew to L67 recently in my 737-700 BBJ, and I parked my plane on this checkered line for half an hour. I’d just like to ask what this line is, in case I spot it again and need to know whether it’s good to park there next time or not.

Think that is a road for service vehicles…

theyre for service vehicles but there is usually another checkered line only sometimes though the ramp i work on has it on both sides

This tells me that these lines are road edge lines? The line is so far from the edge of the road I could fit the entire plane a foot off the line and it fits. It could be true.
