Overrated: Either LHR/EGLL or LAX/KLAX - There’s a reason I try to space out my trip reports to and from either. They’re extremely popular airports IRL, but some of what goes on at either of them would earn a stiff sentence when the unassailable Court of Realism is benched.
Underrated: Almost anywhere in the United States that’s not Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York, just about every general aviation airport, Tokyo-Narita, London-Gatwick, Munich, Bahrain, Vancouver, Montreal, and Buenos Aires.

I also think ENGM should be on the list as well such a beautiful airport quite shame it’s not 3D yet.

Allegiant operates regularly to Florida from Hagerstown, and Myrtle Beach seasonally.

In my opinion
Overrated: LAX / Los Angeles
Underrated: MTGU / Tegucigalpa (Located in Honduras and is know to be a dangerous approach)
Very underrated, love flying there.
Also think KMIA is very underrated. One of my favorite airports to fly in and out of.

I think we can all agree that LHR is overrated but there are so many airports that are extremely underrated and underserved and deserve more love:
SLC, IAD, MSY, JFK, SEA, ORD, MIA, CDG, DAL, PHX, BOS, MSP, DTW. I could go on…but I’ll stop at those lol.
