As this is subjective, there is clearly no single answer.
For me, maybe not even the best answer for myself, but doing a departure out of Queenstown New Zealand did it for me in the past week.

The approach into KSEA from the east with Mt Ranier to the side maybe? Or the approach into SLC with the mountains on either side. Flying into Innsbruk would be a good one.

Most might think winter wonderland.
But in Sydney you’d just as likely eat prawns and go swim at the beach on Chirstmas (summertime).
The approach to Sydney works for Christmas:
surrounded by countless beaches (runway 25 especially).
