As @Laurens says, Qatar Airways are the best. But for me, it is Etihad Airways! (And it will always be!).
It’s definitely Lufthansa :) (for me;) )

Qantas.
As it has a very good safety record, good service, lovely cabin crew an also nice new fresh aeroplanes. Makes me tempted to always book with them. :)

Had a short flight from Melbourne-Canberra the other day…
The staff are always friendly and service is great.
You always meet the pilot(s) before takeoff and after landing!
