When you climb up to FL420 its shows a game known as Easter egg. The stand guidance sign shows that as well.

After I disconnected the AP…
On a A350 climb up to FL420 then it will show up. You can also find it on stand guidance, just keep taping on the landing light until the Easter egg will show up.
