Does Distance to Destination mean the miles along your flight plan or the straight distance to the dest airport?

Nautical miles to destination along your filed flight plan.
The best way in IF to find the distance to destination ‘as the crow flys’ is to set your ILS / GPS to one of your destination airport runways, and the distance shown there will be nautical miles in a direct straight line (as the crow flys) from your aircrafts current position to the touchdown point on that runway.
