What is an Operations Plan?

I’m trying to apply in the IFVARB for a new VA but I don’t know what the operation plan is. Can someone explain?

Thanks for the helpful answers folks. All information can be found on the IFVARB website that ZTube shared. There are even video tutorials to walk you through the process to ensure a smooth application. 🙂
