I last flown in IF in 2019 and im planning to comeback next year. I was thinking about buying an iPad Air M1, was wondering if that was strong enough to support IF for maybe a few years?
Hi, I personally use the iPad air M2
I’ve used the iPad mini 6th generation and it served me well when I played with that iPad.
I’d go for the iPad mini if you’re trying to be cost effective but if you want something more expensive I’d go for the iPad pro M4 or the iPad air M2.

Personally, I am using the iPad Pro M4 (256G) now. Before that, I used iPad Pro 2020 (128G)
The use of M4 is obviously smoother than that of A12Z, and the heating phenomenon of the device has been greatly improved.

I personally pefer using a smart phone over an Ipad just do to how much easier I can maneuver.

I have an Air M1 (well, I have an Air 5 with the M1 chip, not sure if it’s the same). It handles IF beautifully and is honestly probably a little overkill for the task. If you have the cash go for it but I’d have a secondary use for it else you’re better off saving some of your money.
