Has this option been removed? Occasionally I used to do a bit of atc on the training server for fun, now cannot find the option. When I load up as pilot in training server there’s hardly and controlled airports/airspace’s out there

ATC still exists on Training Server. Anyone who is Grade 2 and above (with the exception of IFATC members) can control on Training Server.
Active user numbers are on the lower side at the moment - probably partly because we’re approaching the period of the year where a lot of people have exams and the like, and therefore will be spending less time on Infinite Flight.
Training Server naturally also has a lot less players than for example the Expert Server does. At the time of writing, there are 245 players on TS with ATC open at EGLL, KJFK & KLAX.

Hello. To add on to what @BennyBoy_Alpha said above, training server doesn’t have many people. Once you get to expert server, there is almost always a few airports being controlled at once.
