I’m working towards achieving the required amount of operations to apply for IFATC but even though I spent hours working traffic my operation count doesn’t seem to be going up. What exactly grants or composes an actual ATC operation?

Your operation count won’t update immediately, but rest-assured, all your operations will be counted/registered.

Sometimes it takes an extended period of time for your operation count to update, try restarting Infinite Flight for the operation count to be updated.
