when i said to tower (is on left downwind Runway 2c touch and go )
he told me : tower is not accepting pattern at this time
Why he told me this؟؟؟
What should I do in this situation؟؟

You change to a full stop landing as a touch and go signifies you want to do pattern work.

Means can not do a touch and go at this time . only full stop

have a look under the ATC section as there are a couple of threads that have been 'stuck" at the top with all the definitions and meanings!
